WARM CHAMBER FOR BUREK AND PASTRY
The chamber is used for dough fermantation and keeping baked products fresh and warm.
The chamber is made of industrial stainless steel with glass or stainless steel doors.
At the bottom of the chamber there is a stainless steel water container underneath which is the heater. Heating the container causes water evaporation which refreshens the products.
The chamber has an electric circuit built in. The circuit contains a digital thermometer, a power switch, a signal lamp and a thermostat knob which is used to regulate chamber temperature.
